Class - Spiritual Energy Healing with Rev. Carol and Rev. Deborah Hept begins September 9, 6:30 - 8:00 PM. This exciting class explores our energy nature and reveals just how connected to Spirit we are. Our human energy fields are revealed through the Chakra system and the participant will learn how energy healing happens. Awakening Spirit

You have probably noticed that change is here – big change.  It’s evident in our lives: education, health, relationships, and finances. It’s evident in our nation: government, politics, and economics. It is evident in our world: climate, information technology, and global economics. You may feel the change in your body mind spirit, or your affairs. Do you know that change can be understood in a spiritual way? I don’t mean in a religious way.  Religion is the way humans choose to recognize and celebrate the Divine. Religions are many and varied, and all are valid. Spiritual, on the other hand, means the recognition and understanding of Divine Spirit, Creator of all creation, in and through all. There is now an increase in the seeking for a personal experience and new understanding of the divine. While this search has been part of the human experience since forever, it is now magnified across the planet, and can be seen in all walks of life.

    There is tremendous benefit to understanding life from a metaphysical/spiritual point of view. Personal benefit includes greater health and wellbeing, greater confidence and peace, and greater ability to steer one’s life in the direction he or she chooses. World benefits include greater sensitivities to the human condition wherever it is found, greater tolerance among people and religion, harmony upon the planet, and better caretakers of our planet earth.

    Do you know that certain universal principles are responsible for the evolution of the human spirit? These principles – or energies – are responsible for wherever you find yourself in life now. All things that are happening in your life are the result of applied thought, feeling, and understanding to certain universal spiritual principles. This is part of New Thought philosophy as put forth by Charles Fillmore, Earnest Holmes and others of their time. Contemporary Spiritual Teachers, like Carolyn Myss, Michael Beckwith, and Depak Chopra, believe now is the time for all people to learn right alignment with these universal spiritual energies. Healing and spiritual awakening may be the main reason we are here on earth. What a challenge! It may be up to each of us to make transformative changes for the  benefit of all of us.

    Science and metaphysics are now agreeing with each other in some very important ways. Quantum physics has discovered that the universe and everything in it is all made out of the same "stuff', and that human consciousness is the force that gives form and shape to the universal energy of which all things are made.You have probably read metaphysical books and seen movies, like the Secret, and What the Bleep do we Know? that speak of the enormous creativity individuals can express as a result of spirit awakening in the human consciousness. Maybe you have tried to use some of these principles in your life, and maybe with mixed results. What may be required is a concerted study over time to really understand our part. What may be required is taking classes, joining spiritual discussion groups, and affiliating with like-minded people, to better understand the dynamics of this life journey we are all on.
